FROM TENNIS TO PICKLEBALL

I picked up a tennis racquet in my forties, not knowing it would become a powerful teacher. The court became a microcosm of life—where I learned discipline, competition, perspective, and self-awareness.

Tennis gave me a reason to get fit, and gifted me a tight-knit global community.

Leaving tennis wasn’t easy—until pickleball entered my life. What I found was not just a new sport, but a vibrant, welcoming tribe that made me feel at home all over again.

LIVING AN ACTIVE LIFE, MY WAY

I’ve never been one to picture retirement the traditional way.

For me, work has always meant having a purpose. Jack LaLanne was my idol—not because of his physique, but because of his mindset: to stay strong and active for life.

This chapter of life is about being outdoors, doing what I love, and inviting others along for the ride.

Whether it’s reigniting the fun and competition of younger years or trying a totally new sport, there’s joy in discovering what your body can still do—and more.

COACHING PICKLEBALL FUELS MY SOUL

Teaching is one of my greatest passions. There’s nothing like that “aha!” moment—when a student connects the dots, hits a winning shot, or suddenly believes in themselves.

I know what it feels like to doubt yourself on court. I’ve been there—struggling to find strategy, confidence, and rhythm.

That journey fuels me now. I coach not just to improve games, but to help others uncover strength, resilience, and laughter in the process.

Inspiring With Passion

My mission is to offer lessons and programs that build more than just pickleball skills. I want to help you understand what your body and spirit truly need to live with passion—both on the court and beyond. Movement is a tool for transformation, and play is the doorway.

HEALING FROM INSIDE OUT

Returning to massage school was supposed to be professional development—until it became personal. I realized my own body was breaking down. Hip pain, poor posture, restricted mobility—it wasn’t a matter of if I’d need a hip replacement, but when.

So I dove deep. I studied anatomy, posture, gait, alignment—every bit of biomechanics I could. I didn’t just want to understand pain. I wanted to unravel it.

Decades of compensation had left its mark on my body, and I was determined to learn how to move BETTER than before. After my success, now I help others do the same.

Range of motion, flexibility, mobility, stability and alignment aren’t just words–they are powerful concepts that can change your life! Beginning the journey is the first step.

MOVEMENT: THE GAME CHANGER

Pickleball isn’t just about hitting the ball—it’s about how you move.

On a smaller court, it’s not your speed, but your balance, footwork, and control that make the difference.

When I coach, I don’t just look at your strokes—I look at your whole movement system.

I see patterns, misalignments, and potential injuries in the making. The secret to elevating your game?

Learn to move better. Stay low. Stay balanced. It really is that simple—and that powerful.
